The Nightbrother
The Nightbrother hilt kit resembles the saber of a
dark pupil living on a rural and remote planet with his clan before he was
chosen by a cult of force witches to serve the dark side of the force. We know
him from the animated adventures of our favorite space opera. The horned and
“tattooed” warrior is the “brother” to another famous dark side adept seen in
the first prequel movie.
His cruel and brutal
way of fighting influenced the plain but menacing design of his clawed saber
staff. Since he was a massive warrior, his weapon needs to address his
frightening size.
The DIY kit is produced
from high quality materials to give you the proper feeling of using a real
weapon: polished and anodized aluminum and rubber. In order maintain accuracy
switches and sound venting are hidden. The Design does not allow the staff to
be split in half. It can be disassembled at the emitter. A special mechanism
guarantees details like claws and buttons are always aligned correctly.
The scale of the Nightbrother is 1:1 and its details have been carefully recreated. The overall length is 700mm, including claws and 585mm, without claws while the outer diameter is 44mm. Its weight is 710g.The hilt is able to accept a 1-inch blade and to house electronics. It is offered as a DIY FX kit. Electronics are not included. The DIY kit consists of:
